Kyle Klein brings over 15 years of expertise in security leadership, having developed and managed impactful security programs across various sectors, including higher education, healthcare, and leading tech innovators like Wealthsimple and Shopify. His methodology transcends conventional security practices; Kyle excels in integrating protection strategies with overarching business goals, ensuring that security complements and enhances operational efficiency. As a globally recognized authority in security, Kyle holds the position of Associate Regional Vice President (ARVP) for ASIS Canada. He is a Certified Protection Professional (CPP) and actively engages in the industry through his roles on multiple boards and committees. His extensive experience encompasses diverse areas such as Physical Security, Security Risk Management, and Executive Protection, where he applies his expertise to the security lifecycle process for high-net-worth clients and their families. Kyle is passionate about preemptively addressing potential threats and crafting proactive security frameworks that safeguard individuals, assets, and reputations.

A committed member of his community, Kyle volunteers at his children’s school, demonstrating his dedication beyond the professional realm. He earned a business degree from Western University and a specialized certificate in Emergency Management, Threat, and Response Planning from Toronto Metropolitan University. His unique ability to blend risk management with operational effectiveness distinguishes him as a trusted partner for executives, high-net-worth individuals, and organizations seeking exceptional protection solutions.

With a strong background in protection and high-risk security work, Jack Keslassy leads the Protective Services division at Blackmark Protection Inc. As Head of Protective Services, Jack oversees the development of protection strategies, the training of personnel, and the coordination of client security programs across our service offerings.

Jack brings a strategic and adaptive mindset to every engagement—balancing discretion, risk mitigation, and operational efficiency. His leadership ensures that every client, from high-net-worth individuals to public figures, receives a bespoke protection plan tailored to their lifestyle, threats, and vulnerabilities.

  • Jason Simpson brings over two decades of experience in the global security and risk management industry, with a career defined by operational excellence, trusted networks, and deep cross-sector expertise. He has built an expansive global network of risk professionals and security partners, enabling rapid, effective response to complex challenges anywhere in the world.

    Jason has managed and procured specialized security solutions for high-risk environments and high-value operations across a wide range of industries, including oil and gas, mining, logistics, aerospace, manufacturing, cannabis, retail, financial services, telecommunications, pharmaceuticals, government, entertainment, and education. His expertise spans both corporate and individual client needs, with a keen understanding of how risk manifests differently across operational landscapes.

    In recent years, Jason has focused his efforts on Travel Risk Management, helping organizations protect their people, assets, and reputations in an increasingly volatile global environment. He works with corporate travel departments, risk officers, and executive teams to implement proactive risk mitigation strategies, including pre-travel planning, crisis response, medical and security evacuations, and real-time threat monitoring.

    Jason holds a degree from Iona University in New Rochelle, New York, and is currently based in Canada. His commitment to client safety, strategic foresight, and operational readiness makes him a key member of Blackmark Protection’s advisory team.
